The Role:
This is a unique, stimulating and high energy role working with the Director of the company. This role will encompass aspects of administration, communication, and organisation. This role also has a more personal side, which could include assisting with the Director’s family, social and charitable engagements.
Specifically this role will include but is not limited to:
- Diary and correspondence management;
- Meeting organisation;
- Office duties;
- Expense allocation;
- The preparation and collation of various reports;
- Travel and accommodation booking, management and reconciliation;
- Maintaining effective filing systems;
- Driving to and from meetings
- Catering
The Applicant:

Systems Architect / Engineer
Upto $160k Remuneration Package
4D currently has an exciting and challenging role for an experienced and enthusiastic Systems Architect / Engineer
The Role:
This role is all about the opportunity to excel and be at the top of your game! You will be working as the top tier of our commercial managed services division
The role includes:
- Providing technical leadership to staff and clients across all Microsoft technologies
- Working within Microsoft frameworks to further the 4D gold partnership agreement
- Developing and implementing advanced IT solutions to meet business requirements
- Communicating effectively with clients on their IT needs
The Applicant:
We are looking for a professional with determination, a desire to ‘get the job done’ and exceptional technical abilities; preferably with MCITP or equivalent qualifications. Ideally, you will be a driven, independent individual who likes communicating with others. You can work well within a team, but also individually, to provide quick responses to problems. You like new opportunities and new technologies and thrive on the opportunity to develop your own ideas.
Knowledge/ Selection Criteria:
- 5 Years relevant experience in developing solutions and designing IT systems
- Relevant degree qualifications are highly desirable
- MCITP qualifications are highly desirable
- CCNA qualification - can be provided to the right candidate
- Demonstrated history of developing system architecture and providing technical advice to clients
- Solid proficiency with Microsoft platforms, products and tools
- Extensive experience with SOE’s, Development, Installation, Support and Implementation of Microsoft solutions
- Strong Problem solving/communicating skills (oral AND written)

Part-time bookkeeper
4D currently has an exciting and challenging role for an experienced and enthusiastic Bookkeeper
Remuneration negotiable to experience and hours
$25-$30k package for 24hr/week
The Role:
This role is broad and challenging. You will be providing support across all aspects of finance with an initial focus on invoicing. This role is part-time for 20-30 hrs. per week. The division of hours on which days is completely negotiable. The role will include but is not limited to assisting with:
- Invoice Preparation
- MYOB Entries
- Reconcile 4D Accounts/Credit cards
- Payroll Tax Returns (Annual/Monthly)
- Record Cash flow
- Preparation of Payroll/Bills to be paid
- Prepare Accounts/ FBT info for tax accountant
The Applicant:
The right applicant will be a mature minded accuracy focused individual. You should be able to work independently as well as part of the team. Ideally you will have experience in a similar role. This role would suit someone returning to the work force, reducing their work load or candidates who wish to work within school hours.
Knowledge/ Selection Criteria:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Great communication and organisation skills
- Great excel / spread sheet skills

.Service Delivery Manager
4D currently has an exciting and challenging role for an experienced and enthusiastic Service Delivery Manager
Remuneration up to $ 130k
The Role:
The role as service delivery manager is broad, challenging and exciting. You will have to ability to input, consult and execute on every aspect of this ICT support contract.
As the Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for the leadership, management and performance of a dedicated on-site ICT support team and to maintain the excellent level of service and customer satisfaction that the team has built up. Working in the Defence environment you will be required to support a large number of diverse ICT systems and to work closely with the client representative, stakeholders and users to ensure their requirements and SLAs are achieved. As the team leader of the ICT support team you will be responsible for the professional conduct, HR management and development of the team and to manage the day to day delivery of services.
The Applicant:
We are looking for a positive professional leader with great communication skills, somebody who can see the big picture and make it happen. A candidate with command control experience preferred.
Knowledge/ Selection Criteria:
- Excellent service delivery and management skills and a proven record of successful staff management
- Well developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- High level technical ability and thorough knowledge of DIE systems and processes
- Experience in leading a client focused team in the delivery of a quality service
- Experience in technical support of a PC/LAN desktop environment with the ability to prioritise and respond to service issues and technical problems.
- It is essential that you are an Australian Citizen and highly desirable that you already hold Defence security clearances
