.4D currently has an exciting and challenging role for an experienced and enthusiastic Service Delivery Manager
Remuneration up to $ 130k
The Role:
The role as service delivery manager is broad, challenging and exciting. You will have to ability to input, consult and execute on every aspect of this ICT support contract.
As the Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for the leadership, management and performance of a dedicated on-site ICT support team and to maintain the excellent level of service and customer satisfaction that the team has built up. Working in the Defence environment you will be required to support a large number of diverse ICT systems and to work closely with the client representative, stakeholders and users to ensure their requirements and SLAs are achieved. As the team leader of the ICT support team you will be responsible for the professional conduct, HR management and development of the team and to manage the day to day delivery of services.
